We are a full-service property management company located in the heart of the Silicon Valley. Our services include everything from marketing vacant properties, collecting rents, managing all bookkeeping, to handling day to day maintenance. What differentiates us from our competition is that we concentrate all of our efforts on property management and do not sell real estate. Golden State Property Management is equipped with the latest technology allowing us to better serve our clients and provide faster responses to our tenants. This technology enables our clients to track all of the details of their investment properties online and even allows tenants to pay their rent through e-checks or credit card.

Golden State Property Management handles different types of properties ranging from condominiums and single family homes to commercial strip centers and warehouse spaces. Our focus is on maintaining investment properties and on advising our clients on how to maximize their cash flow, or in some cases, minimize their negative cash flow. We believe that thorough screening of prospective tenants and strict enforcement of rental agreement terms are essential to achieving this goal.

As a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and Tri-County Apartment Association, Golden State Property Management is able to stay on top of changes in local and state laws that affect investment real estate.
