Sign Up for Your Tenant Portal

The Tenant Portal is your gateway to all the convenient online options we offer our renters. Online rent payments, online maintenance requests and more are all found through your Portal. So if you haven’t already, please take a moment to register. Then you can handle most of your rental business from your home computer or mobile device!


For Residents Needing to Terminate Their Lease

If you are on a month to month lease or your lease is about to expire and plan on terminating your lease. Please follow the link to the Thirty Day Notice of Resident Intent to Vacate notice and submit it to our office 30 days before you move out. This notice will not be valid if you are currently in a lease. Please contact our office if you are in need of breaking your lease.

Guidelines for Applying:


PLEASE NOTE 2 IMPORTANT ITEMS FOR PROPER PROCESSING: 

  • EVERY PERSON 18 years old and Over MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AND PAY THE APPLICATION FEE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT Cash or Personal Checks.

  • IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT YOU VIEW THE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY WITH AN AGENT AND PROVIDE US YOUR APPLICATION AND APPLICATION FEE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION.

 1. Please fill out an online application by going to www.goldenstatepropertymanagement.com

    a. Each person 18 years of age and over must fill out a separate application. If you are applying with other                            individuals make sure to enter all the names when prompted.

   b. Please make sure to read and fill out the application entirely, including current employers/ landlords and their                contact information for the past 3 years. Your application may be overlooked if it is missing information.


    c. Include your 2 most recent pay stubs or last years tax returns or offer letter. We do not accept or review bank                statements or bank screenshots


      • If your employer utilizes “The Work Number” please provide:
         - Employer Code
         - Salary Key

 

      • If you are self-employed please provide:
         -3 most recent bank statements

         - Previous year income tax return

         

    b. Download our tenant verification authorization release form
      • All applicants must sign this
      • We need a separate form for each property

The application process usually depends on how quickly you supply us with the information and how long it takes to hear back from your employers and landlords. It is important to follow these guidelines in the order above to ensure proper processing in the order completed applications are received.
